Supa de legume cu taitei – Vegetable soup with noodles

Aceasta este o reteta foarte potrivita pentru studenti sau orice alta categorie de oameni care nu au mult timp de petrecut in bucatarie si sunt relativ incepatori. Este usor de facut si accesibila ca pret, in plus este versatila (mai multi sau mai putini taitei, puteti adauga si alte legume). Aceasta este forma ei simpla, o puteti imbogati in functie de ce mai aveti la dispozitie in acel moment.

 

Supa de legume cu taitei

Ingrediente:

  • O punga de legume congelate pentru supa;
  • Vreo 2 cartofi curatati, spalati, taiati cuburi;
  • Taitei de care aveti, cati credeti ca va plac de multi;
  • Sare, piper, Mirodenia (sau orice baza de legume, cuburi, ce folositi voi de obicei) , frunze de patrunjel taiate.
  • Putin ulei de masline sau ce preferati.
  • Optional: eu servesc acesta supa cu bucatele de branza de capra si o bucata zdravana de paine.

Puneti sa fiarba in jur de 2L apa. Cand fierbe, adaugati o lingurita de sare si legumele congelate. Lasati la fiert cateva minute, adaugati cartofii, lasati sa fiarba aproximativ 20 de minute. Acum e momentul sa puneti in oala si taiteii, lasati-i in functie de timpul lor de fiert, asezonati dupa gust, opriti focul. In acest moment eu pun si putin ulei extravirgin de masline. Puteti pune verdeata acum, sau inainte de servire, impreuna cu branza, cum procedez eu. Pofta buna!

N.B. Daca aveti taitei cu multa faina sau proaspeti, e indicat sa ii fierbeti separat in apa sarata si ii adaugati la sfarsit, gata fierti, in supa.

This is a very suitable recipe for students or any others who lack the time to spend a lot in kitchen and are more or less beginners. It’s easy to make and budget friendly, plus it’s versatile (more or less noodles, you can add other vegetables). This is the basic form which you can enhance depending on whatever you have at the moment available).

 

Vegetable soup with noodles

Ingredients:

  • One bag frozen soup vegetables;
  • A couple of washed and diced potatoes;
  • Any noodles you have, as many as you like;
  • Salt, pepper, vegetable soup base if you use, parsley leaves, chopped;
  • A drop of olive oil or any vegetable oil at your disposition;
  • Optional: I serve this soup with chunks of goat cheese and a big loaf of bread.

Put 2L water to boil. When it’s boiling add one teaspoon salt and the frozen veggies. Let them boil a couple of minutes, then add the potatoes and let them all simmer for around 20 minutes. Now it’s the time to drop the noodles in, let them cook for the time mentioned on the pack, season, remove from heat. At this time I usually add a drop of extravirgin olive oil. You can add the parsley now, or before serving, with the cheese, like I do. Enjoy!

N.B. If you have floury or fresh noodles, it’s best to cook them separately in salty water, then add them after cooked at the end, in the soup.
