Aceasta este o reteta foarte gustoasa si usor de facut. Aveti nevoie de:
- 400g taitei de care doriti, eu folosesc tagliatelle;
- Doua cepe mici rosii, taiate marunt;
- Aproximativ 500g varza murata, spalata, scursa, taiata subtire (exista in comert si ambalata, la punga sau conserva, direct taiata);
- 250g iaurt grecesc sau smantana;
- Cascaval sau parmezan ras (40-50g);
- Putin ulei vegetal;
- Nucsoara, sare, piper.
Se incinge o tigaie mare cu putin ulei vegetal, se caleste ceapa taiata cateva minute, pana capata un aspect usor sticlos. Se adauga varza, se lasa la foc mic in jur de 10-15 minute amestecand din cand in cand, dupa care amestecam in tigaie si iaurtul/smantana, asezonam cu nucsoara dupa gust, sare, piper, punem si cascavalul/parmezanul ras si oprim focul.
Pastele se fierb separat in apa cu sare potrivit instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Se scurg cand sunt gata si se toarna deasupra amestecul cu varza, se amesteca bine si se servesc. Pofta buna!
This is a very tasty and easy-to-cook recipe. You will need:
- 400g of any favorite noodles, I use tagliatelle;
- Two small red onions, finelly chopped;
- Around 500g sauerkraut, well washed, drained, cut thinly (you can use packed or canned sauerkraut, already cut, if you have);
- 250g Greek yoghurt or sour cream;
- Any matured cheese you fancy, parmesan included;
- Some vegetable oil;
- Nutmeg, salt, pepper.
Heat some oil in a large pan, cook the onion a couple of minutes until it reaches that glassy aspect. Add the sauerkraut, leave it on low heat for 10-15 minutes stirring from time to time, then pour in the yoghurt/sour cream, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper, add the cheese and remove from fire.
Cook pasta in salty water, according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix well with the sauerkraut mixture, serve. Enjoy!
Cu varza murata nu m-as fi gandit, dar cum imi place varza, proaspata sau murata, mi se pare o reteta interesanta si chiar ma gandesc cand pot sa o pregatesc!
