Tocanita cu chorizo si naut – Chorizo and chickpeas stew

 

Aceasta reteta este luata tot de pe site-ul fantastic www.taste.com.au si adaptata putin, pe ici pe colo. Este o reteta de sezon, foarte satioasa si plina de arome placute.

Ingrediente:

  • O ceapa, tocata fin;
  • Un morcov, taiat cubulete;
  • Un ardei capia, taiat cuburi;
  • Doi cartofi medii, taiati cuburi;
  • Un chorizo taiat feliute;
  • O bucata afumatura taiata cubulete;
  • O cutie suc de rosii;
  • Un borcan cu naut (in jur de 400g);
  • Un pahar vin alb;
  • Putin usturoi, oregano;
  • Sare, piper, patrunjel verde tocat.

 

Incalziti putin ulei intr-o tigaie mare pe foc mediu. Adaugati chorizo si afumatura, rumeniti-le putin, scoteti-le intr-un castron. Puneti la calit in tigaie ceapa, morcovul si ardeiul, lasati-le sa se caleasca amestecand cateva minute, apoi puneti din nou chorizo si afumatura, putin usturoi si oregano, cartofii, nautul, vinul si sucul de rosii. Asezonati cu sare si piper, dati focul mic si lasati 15 minute pana se ingroasa putin sosul si cartofii sunt bine gatiti. Garnisiti cu patrunjel proaspat tocat. Pofta buna!

This recipe is taken from the amazing site www.taste.com.au also and adapted here and there. It’s a nice autumn recipe, hearthy and full of flavours.

Ingredients:

  • One onion, finelly chopped;
  • A carrot, finelly chopped;
  • A red pepper, diced;
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced;
  • One chorizo sliced;
  • One piece pancetta;
  • 400g canned (or jar) chickpeas;
  • 400g tomato juice;
  • One glass dry white wine;
  • Some garlic, oregano;
  • Salt, pepper, freshly cut parsley.

Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chorizo and pancetta, cook them a bit then take them out in a bowl. Place in the pan the onion, carrot and red pepper, let them cook a few minutes while stirring, then return the chorizo and pancetta to the pan together with some garlic and oregano, also the potatoes, the chickpeas, the wine and the tomato juice. Season with salt and pepper, cook on low heat until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are cooked. Garnish with some freshly cut parsley. Enjoy!
