Great Live Performances

I will list here some great live performances. This is not a chart, just some great interpretations.

No Doubt and Pink –  Just a Girl. These two singers together give higher dimension to this interpretation of the song. This was a song released in 1995 from the album Tragic Kingdom and it tells about Gwen’s frustration in a world of men.

Shakira –  Ciega Sordomuda version  MTV unplugged released in 2000. This is a song released first in 1998 and the unplugged show is a spectacular performance with mariachi – full of emotion.

Nightwish – Phantom of the Opera.  This version of the famous  song, originally composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber is one of my favorites. It’s powerful and majestic.

Sinéad O’ Connor – Óró, sé do bheatha ‘bhaile This traditional Irish song is actually dedicated to the great pirate Gráinne Ní Mháille (Grace O’Malley) and I found this interpretation of Sinéad just awesome.

Therion – Son of the Staves of Time. This interpretation deserves lots of praise, I consider it to be one of the best there can be. It’s simply epic.
