Pulpe de pui pe sare – Chicken Drumsticks on Salt

In ultima vreme chiar am tot dat peste aceasta reteta “Pui pe sare” si mi-a atras atentia.

  • 6 copanele de pui, bine spalate, crestate putin;
  • 1 kg sare, de preferinta fara iod;
  • boia de ardei, piper;

Lately I’ve seen this recipe all over the place and it got my attention. I heard it’s very tasty so I said to dare and try it, especially being that easy to cook. I chose the drumsticks version, to begin with. You know I recommend easy to make recipes, which don’t take a lot of time, good for students, beginners and busy people. This recipe is exactly what you need if you want to enjoy a tasty, succulent drumstick.

  • 6 chicken drumsticks, washed, cut a bit;
  • 1 kg salt, preferably not iodate;
  • paprika, pepper.

In an oven tray I put some baking paper and well leveled salt. I rubbed the drumsticks with paprika and pepper, I arranged them in the tray and put it in the preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Then I turned the drumsticks on the other side, left them another 30 minutes then it’s ready!
