Supa cu carnati si varza murata – Sausage and Sauerkraut Soup

Ati manca ceva cald, gustos si hranitor in aceste zile reci? Se face usor si e gata in mai putin de 30 de minute.


  • 1 praz, partea alba, spalat, taiat;
  • 1 carnat de casa gros, afumat, taiat felii;
  • 300-400g varza acra, taiata fideluta;
  • 1 conserva rosii;
  • 1L supa de legume sau apa fierbinte;
  • sare, piper, maghiran, optional Mirodenia.

Intr-o oala incingeti putin ulei si caliti prazul, carnatul si varza 5-7 minute amestecand. Adaugati rosiile, supa sau apa fierbinte si lasati sa fiarba 15-20 minute. Asezonati cu sare, piper si maghiran, optional Mirodenia.

Puteti servi cu smantana sau iaurt gras.

  • 1 leek, white part of it, washed, trimmed, sliced;
  • 1 thick smoked sausage, sliced;
  • 300-400g sauerkraut, thinly sliced;
  • 1 can tomato cubes;
  • 1L vegetable soup or hot water;
  • salt, pepper, marjoran.

Heat a bit of oil in a pot and cook a bit the leek with the sausage and the sauerkraut for 5-7 minutes stirring all the way. Add the can of tomatoes and the soup/hot water. Boil for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, marjoran.

Can be served with cream or fat yoghurt.
