Piept de pui in sos de lamaie si portocala – Orange and Lemon Chicken

Ingrediente:

  • 500g piept de pui, taiat cuburi;
  • zeama de la o lamaie si o portocala;
  • o lingura cu miere;
  • usturoi pudra, boia dulce de ardei, oregano, cimbru, sare, piper.

Intr-un vas se pun cubuletele de pui si sucul de fructe, se amesteca bine si se introduc la cuptor la 200C aprox. 30 de minute. Apoi se unge cu mierea, se presara condimentele dupa gust si se mai introduce 10 minute la cuptor. Am servit cu legume in stil italian si broccoli. Pofta buna!

Pui cu sos de lamaie si portocala

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed;
  • juice from an orange and a lemon;
  • a tablespoon honey;
  • garlic powder, sweet paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper.

Put in an ovenproof dish the chicken cubes and the juice, mixing well and get them to bake for around 30 minutes at 200C. Then add the honey over it, sprinkle the seasoning mix as you prefer and put to bake for another 10 minutes. I served with Italian style vegetabls and broccoli. Enjoy!

  1. Fix asta am gatit si eu,nu pun miere numai daca am scapat mai multa zeama de lamaie,am stors zeama de portocale cu miez rosu,sunt putin mai dulci. Multe legume cu piept de pui si nu numai ! Sanatoasa si delicioasa. 🙂
