Tagliatelle in stil milanez – Tagliatelle milanese

Ingrediente:

  • 400g tagliatelle;
  • 100g sunca presata;
  • o conserva ciuperci;
  • putin ulei de masline;
  • un borcan sau tetra pack suc de rosii;
  • un strop de zahar;
  • busuioc, oregano sau amestec de ierburi italienesti;
  • sare, piper.

Sunca se taie felii subtiri. Se caleste in tigaie impreuna cu ciupercile in putin ulei de masline, apoi se adauga sucul de rosii. Se lasa sa fiarba cateva minute impreuna cu un strop de zahar, ierburile, sare si piper. Opriti focul. Pastele se fierb conform instructiunilor, se scurg, se amesteca bine cu sosul si se servesc cu parmezan, cascaval ras sau orice fel de branza tare (eu am folosit cheddar). Pofta buna!

Tagliatelel milanese

Ingredients:

  • 400g tagliatelle;
  • 100g ham;
  • a can of mushrooms;
  • some olive oil;
  • a jar or tetra pack tomato juice;
  • a pinch of sugar;
  • basil, oregano or Italian herb mix;
  • salt, pepper.

Cut the ham thin. Cook in a pan with the mushrooms in some olive oil, then add the tomato juice. Simmer a few minutes with a pinch of sugar, the herbs, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Boil the pasta according to instructions, drain them, mix well with the sauce and serve with parmezan or any hard cheese (I used cheddar). Enjoy!
